Hans Boodt Mannequins is a company with passion. Hans Boodt Mannequins approached Clever Strategy with the ambition to become the most digital mannequin company in the world. Such aspirations make our Clever Performance hearts beat faster, so we were happy to enter into this partnership. In doing so, we quickly realized that the Hans Boodt Mannequins DNA (innovative, creative, Dutch, rebellious, and young) matches well with the DNA of Clever. With their specialized experience, they create unique experiences for tomorrow using their mannequins.

A new website

After implementing the CRM landscape, we redesigned and rebuilt the Hans Boodt Mannequins website. We were challenged to translate the unique Hans Boodt Mannequins experience into a digital environment that is available in no fewer than 11 countries. An important part of this is that Hans Boodt Mannequins' marketers can continue to develop their digital experience independently. Of course, the new website includes various smart functionalities to maintain a fact-based and data-driven focus. Various campaigns have been developed, such as for the 'Muse' mannequin collection by Hans Boodt Mannequins and requesting brochures.

CRM landscape including Sharpspring

Our partnership began with the development of a CRM landscape. This involved linking the current ERP system to the SharpSpring marketing automation package. SharpSpring is a marketing & sales platform that provides us with an all-in-one marketing automation solution.

This solution enables us to support Hans Boodt Mannequins' marketing program, which includes:

  • Providing CRM for lead generation activities
  • Sending digital magazines, linked to lead nurturing
  • Send email
  • Provide lead nurturing, including detecting important contact moments
  • Implementing automated email journeys
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Developing forms for the Hans Boodt Mannequins websites
  • Lead nurturing solution, where both marketing and sales activities can be accommodated

Lead Forensics

Identify anonymous visits to contact information

We have also implemented LeadForensics within the Hans Boodt Mannequins landscape. This tool allows us to identify anonymous visitors in real time. At the international level, we receive contact information, allowing us to provide a certain portion of visitors with contact details (company name, contact details, website behavior, and financial data). We have linked LeadForensics to SharpSpring so that the most interesting leads are automatically placed in SharpSpring, allowing us to monitor follow-up and support follow-up activities. We present the real-time data live on a dashboard, so that all insights are immediately visible.
