A great partnership since 2016

Hunkemöller is perhaps the best-known lingerie chain in Europe, with more than 940 stores in 21 countries. We have been supporting Hunkemöller in their online marketing activities in various areas since 2016. It's a great partnership that has even resulted in two Selligent Awards!

The loyalty program for Hunkemöller is something we are very proud of. And for good reason; it was rewarded with a Selligent Award for ‘Exceptional loyalty program 2019’! In 2020, the collaboration between Hunkemöller and Clever Strategy was once again rewarded with a great prize from Selligent. This time for using the power of AI in email. With the help of one of the functionalities of the AI ​​module within Selligent – ​​Selligent Cortex – we set up smart audiences for Hunkemöller.

By making smart use of all available website and customer data, customer profiles are built up and targeting can be improved. Sending fewer emails and focusing on targeting resulted in greater engagement. The open rate of the emails sent increased by 23% and there were more online conversions. Data

Data is indispensable in a well-founded strategy. At Clever Strategy, we work in a results-oriented manner, and this is impossible without good data. For example, emails are provided with products related to orders placed in the past, and subscribers are shown other items of this type based on their specified fit.

Automated reports have been developed to give Hunkemöller's marketers a clear insight into the data. These reports allow them to quickly and easily extract useful information, such as fluctuations in the number of newsletter subscribers and the number of promotional emails sent.

Email marketing

Clever Strategy has also made a contribution in the field of email marketing outside of the loyalty program. We have experienced great developments in this area over the past few years.

Email template

A good system is nothing without a good email template. That is why an email template has been created that Hunkemöller can use to format emails, with space for personalized content. User-friendly and very handy! All communication from these emails is centralized via Selligent. This makes it possible to measure data in a qualitative way.

In addition to sending newsletters, automated campaigns have also been set up for Hunkemöller. With the help of Artificial Intelligence, we are able to content customers with the right content at all times. For example, based on product information, it is possible to content customized content that matches the interests of the recipient. All this, of course, for optimal results.
