That is why we are the first company in the Netherlands to be Inner Smile Certified .

What does Inner Smile Certified mean?
  • We regularly check in with you to see how you are doing. Not only in terms of work, but also more broadly: health, relationships, personal growth.

  • We take that seriously. Not for show, but to really do something with what you are experiencing.

The Rockefeller Habits

Our approach is based on the Rockefeller Habits. These disciplines form the foundation of our strategy. Every day, we hold a short but powerful meeting with the entire team, set annual and quarterly goals, and hold a monthly meeting in which we discuss the current state of affairs openly and honestly. Everything we do is aimed at working together as effectively as possible and ensuring that processes run as smoothly as possible.

Win or Lose

Our quarterly objectives are also referred to as Rocks. Everyone contributes ideas for three goals and a theme. A selection is made and each goal is assigned to a person with final responsibility. If our chosen quarterly goals are achieved, we all choose a fun reward (often a fun team outing). If the goals are not achieved, we take a 'lose', which means we do something for a good cause, for example.
