For Figo Pet, we are the permanent digital team behind the website, application process, marketing automation, personalization, and AI. Together, we are building a platform that continuously grows with the ambitions of an international pet brand.

Take care of your pet, clearly arranged
Figo Pet is the pet insurer for dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. You can quickly take out insurance online and know exactly where you stand. Clever Strategy has been Figo's digital partner since 2021. We built the site during the Petplan era and guided the transition to Figo Pet, including redesigns. Subsequently, the collaboration expanded into structural support, further development, and separate strategic projects.
One platform that is constantly evolving
Figo is constantly evolving: new propositions, partners, emails, country pages, and changes to the application process. The website must continue to grow without having to be rebuilt from scratch every time.
Large projects, such as rebuilding parts of the "application pipeline" or creating new email templates, run alongside daily maintenance and smaller optimizations. Clever Strategy the whole process: we ensure clarity, speed, and consistent quality.
A permanent team, working together in a tight rhythm
Figo is supported by a dedicated Clever-team: project and client success manager, back-end and support developers, front-end developer, designer, campaign developers, technical consultant, and strategy consultants. Everyone is familiar with the platform, the customer journey, and the organization of Figo.
All requests go through a Jira kanban board with tickets and backlog. Every week, we coordinate priorities in updates with the teams involved, and in between, there is daily contact via Teams with various people from the Figo team.
We schedule a strategic session every quarter: we review the results together, assess the goals, and refine the roadmap. This allows us to not only keep our daily work on track, but also maintain a clear focus on the long term.

Website & Frontend
The website is built on WordPress with Elementor, giving Figo maximum flexibility in management and expansion. The platform provides a solid foundation with room for new features, customized flows, and rapid development in multiple countries.

Customization request form
For taking out insurance policies, we developed a custom application process that fully aligns with Figo's logic, conditions, and business rules. This structure is scalable, so that the same logic can easily be applied in other countries without the team having to rebuild it.

Marketing automation
Marketing automation is provided by Deployteq. From here, customer flows are set up, campaigns are triggered based on behavior, and communication is carried out reliably and consistently. All journeys are designed to activate and inform customers at the right moment.

Data, personalization, and AI
Segmentation and personalization are handled by the Spotler CDP, which collects customer data and uses it for relevant communication. In addition, we are working with Figo on AI that help the team work faster and smarter, from content creation to internal process optimization.
