That's why we are looking for a Senior Marketer who creates marketing strategies, from defining target audiences to developing the overarching marketing plan (brand and positioning), and takes CRM processes to the next level.
You work with organizations that want to grow—from ambitious small and medium-sized businesses to international brands. You bring structure to complex customer journeys, connect brand, data, and technology, and ensure that strategy becomes actionable.
You will continue to help build the Strategy department. You will also develop strategies that strengthen customer relationships and drive commercial results.

What are you going to do?
- You will develop strategic visions and marketing strategies with a strong focus on consumer experience and CRM, such as a new brand positioning, a new customer journey, or an email strategy.
- You will manage complex projects from initial consultation through to final recommendations, translate client data into concrete growth strategies, and bear ultimate responsibility for the quality of the advice provided.
- You design and optimize customer journeys: from the first point of contact to long-term customer relationships.
- You will facilitate working sessions with stakeholders and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- You will ensure the quality and feasibility of strategies and provide substantive guidance to the strategy team.

We specialize in online marketing with a focus on delivering results, using a fact-based and data-driven approach—whether it’s about increasing revenue or generating leads. We help clients with developing smart strategies, data solutions, marketing automation and media campaigns, and websites, among other things. As a Senior Marketer, you’ll be working alongside 25 ambitious colleagues. We’re known for our Rotterdam spirit—we always tell it like it is: direct, respectful, and always completely honest.
You bring
- You have more than 7 years of experience as a strategist; experience working in a dynamic marketing agency environment is a plus.
- You have led complex marketing strategy initiatives.
- You have experience in the retail sector in the Netherlands, preferably with (international) corporate companies as well.
- You have strategic knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and websites.
- You understand how customer journeys and customer data come together in growth strategies.
- You have experience coaching or managing colleagues.

- Gross monthly salary up to €5,500.00 based on full-time employment, depending on experience
