As a Sales Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business. The focus is on lead generation, optimizing the sales process, and building a strong pipeline. From the initial contact to the signed contract, you’re in charge. You work closely with marketing, strategy, and senior management. You combine commercial acumen with substance and drive predictable growth. Bidding on tenders is a regular part of your role, as is actively creating new opportunities. You combine both to achieve sustainable growth.

What are you going to do?
- Actively generating and following up on inbound and outbound leads
- Smart use of IP tracking, data, and lead intelligence to identify opportunities early on
- Selects, coordinates, and manages tenders and pitch processes
- Enriching and qualifying leads before the first call
- Manage and optimize the entire sales funnel in CRM, including forecasting and reporting
- Prepares agency presentations, proposals, and quotes
- Building lasting customer relationships through networking, events, and targeted market development
- Builds and maintains strategic partnerships (tech, data, media, platforms)

As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be working with 25 ambitious colleagues. We’re known for our Rotterdam spirit—we always tell it like it is: direct, respectful, and always honest.
You bring
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development or B2B sales; experience at an agency, consulting firm, or digital services company is a plus
- You know how to build a pipeline and grow it systematically
- Experience with tenders, pitches, and complex projects
- Experience with partner management and commercial events
- An interest in marketing, data, and digital offerings
- You take ownership of your entire pipeline
- Serving as a liaison between marketing and internal specialists
- Focused on long-term customer relationships, not on quick wins
- Responsible for the entire process: from lead to deal

- Gross monthly salary of up to €5,250.00 based on full-time employment, depending on experience

- Contract for 40 hours per week
